Free Range Show

Free Range is an Old Truman Brewery is a fantastic project set up to provide new creative graduates with the opportunity to showcase their work on an international level. Since its inception in 2001, Free Range has become the number one platform and launch pad for the next crop of creatives to showcase their work to both public and industry. Attracting visitor numbers to rival the largest art events, the annual Free Range exhibitions present the work of thousands of art, design students in several distinct categories including: fashion, art, graphics, photography and interior design.

There will be more than 3,000 exhibitions from 50 leading universities taking place across the venue’s diverse space, now expanded over three storeys.

Another new addition for 2016 is the introduction of weekly ‘Best in Show’ awards, chosen by a judging panel of industry experts and Free Range partners, in order to celebrate and reward visionary works from photography and fine art.
Former Free Range exhibitors have gone on to photograph the likes of Damien Hirst (Lily Bertrand-Webb) and the Olympic ceremony (Joe Earley), exhibit at Cardiff’s Creative Exchange (Amelia Seren Roberts) and work for the world’s leading arts magazines (Samuel Bradley).
