Support With Fulfilment

The client periodically uploads a list of all the customers who would receive the pack to our fulfilment software. We segment based on destination and freight charges and complete customs information to make delivery as smooth as possible.

They can then track every send, set up different gifting campaigns, and choose to invite customers to claim their gift via a custom branded landing page.

Year-Round Gifts

We also produce bespoke customer gifts for other occasions throughout the year, such as Christmas.

Pull-Tassel

Everything in this project was built to fit tight. We included a pull tassel to make it easier to remove the items contained.

Leather Coaster

We designed and manufactured a set of real leather coasters with gold foil to add to the luxury.

Decanter

We sourced a decanter perfect for whisky and then had the glass etched with the customer’s logo. This also required foam packaging for protection.
