1. Choose The Right Service

If you require simple customisations, fast turnarounds or low quantities, branding off the shelf notebooks is a great option. If you require advanced customisations or high volume consider ordering fully bespoke.

2. Select a Notebook

Choose from the range of off the shelf-notebooks you’d like to order. Consider factors such as size, cover material, color, and any special features.

3. Customization Options

Explore the customization options available for the selected notebook. This may include adding your logo, selecting specific colors for branding, or adding printed inserts.

4. Request And Review Quote

Once you’ve chosen the notebook and customization options, request a quote from Bookblock. Once we have all required info we will send a price breakdown and any required proofs

5. Invoicing

Payment is required prior to production. Regular customers may discuss payment terms based on order history. The invoice will detail all costs, including materials, printing, customization, and shipping. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card, with a small fee for credit card payments.

6. Providing Artwork

If you’re adding custom branding to the notebooks, you’ll need to provide Bookblock with your logo and design artwork in the correct formats.

7. Customer Packs – Proofs & Job Packs

Bookblock will provide digital proofs for your approval before proceeding with production.

8. Production and Delivery

Once you’ve approved the artwork and finalized the order, Bookblock will begin production of your branded notebooks. Depending on the quantity and customization requirements, production times may vary. Bookblock will provide an estimated delivery date for your order.

9. Receive and Review

Once your branded notebooks are ready, Bookblock will ship them to your specified location. Upon receipt, carefully review the notebooks to ensure they meet your expectations and quality standards.
