5. Invoicing
As we produce custom-made products, we require payment prior to commencing production. For our regular customers, we can discuss and potentially arrange payment terms based on your ordering history and needs.
- Invoice Details: Your invoice will contain a clear breakdown of all costs, including material, printing, customization, and shipping fees, ensuring transparency in the billing process.
- Payment Methods: You can pay by bank transfer or by credit card. The bank transfer details will be provided on the invoice.
- Credit Card Payment: To pay by credit card, simply click the link on the digital invoice. This link will take you to a secure Stripe payment page where you can complete your transaction.
- Credit Card Fee: Please note that there is a small credit card fee that will be covered by you.
