8. Production and Delivery

8.1 Introduction

Once your artwork is approved and payment has been made, we move into the production phase. This stage is crucial as we bring your custom notebooks to life according to the specifications detailed in your Customer Pack.

8.2 Lead Times

You should already be aware of the estimated lead time prior to placing your order. Generally, our manufacturing process takes about 3 weeks. However, it can be quicker or longer depending on the size and complexity of your order. If you have a specific deadline or need the order expedited, please specify this clearly when placing your order. Throughout the production process, you will have access to our WorkSends software, which provides updates on the status of your order.

8.3 Manufacturing Process

Once production begins, changes to the order are generally not possible. However, if you have any special requests, such as additional packaging or increasing the number of units, please discuss them with your account manager. Keep in mind that once the artwork is signed off, we cannot reprint or alter the designs. If there are any delays or issues during production, we will proactively keep you informed and work to resolve them promptly.

8.4 Shipping

Shipping should be organized prior to the commencement of the job to ensure a smooth delivery process. Here are some key points about our shipping services:

 

  • Shipping Options: We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs, including fast and slow shipping, as well as road and air freight.
  • Multiple Delivery Locations: We can deliver your order to multiple locations if required.
  • Ex Works (EXW): Typically, we ship orders on an ex works basis, meaning the buyer is responsible for transportation costs and logistics from our factory. However, we strive to do as much as we can to facilitate the shipping process and ensure there are no delays.
